Off Road Wheel Kit

If you want to push or pull your rotisserie out into the grass, gravel, dirt, or just up and down off dovetail trailers, we recommend our Off Road Wheel Kit, or All Terrain Wheel Kit. This kit fits our rotisseries and the Body Cart Plus. You get four (4) metal Brackets and four (4) 10" diameter solid rubber casters, 2 swivel and 2 rigid, all rated at 500 lbs per caster. We include 2 swivels and 22 rigids so that you push and steer at the same time. We changed to solid rubber casters a few years ago because the frame on the pneumatics would fail under load, especially when they were under inflated. These solid rubber swivel casters are much faster and rotating to the direction of travel.

Optional 8" Polyurethane over cast iron casters are available, rated at 1250 lbs each, all swivel.
These are good for hard surfaces and trailers, but not as good on grass or gravel.

The U-shaped steel brackets slide into the end of the tubing on each leg.
The Existing 5" casters on the rotisserie will dangle in place so you don't have to remove them.
The design will keep them in place without bolts or pins.

Our Mounting Brackets are manufactured in Indiana and come with our 5 year steel warranty.
Unless otherwise noted, the Mounting Brackets ship bare steel. Powder Coating is also available.
